SATURDAY POST: Let's Be Friends!

TWO orders of business to tend to! I have two orders of business for you all!

One: I tweeted something the other day about doing MSPixel postcards and magnets, and many of you liked the idea of MSPixel merchandise. I'm pretty floored that you'd actually buy stuff with triangle people on it, but hell, okay!

If that happened, what would you want? Post cards, stickers, magnets, notebooks, big foam reaper hat? I make no promises on the big foam reaper hat. My dream MSPixel merchandise has always been those little acrylic key chains, and I think I know how to get those done, but I'm open to suggestions.

A better question: who would you want on the merchandise? If I had to guess, Shepard and Garrus would be the two most popular characters, but seriously, you tell me who I should do. I'd also be open to doing some of the non-Mass Effect folks later down the line, if you really wanted Crono or the Nintendo princesses or something.

Two: we should be friends on places. Let's be friends on places! Here's all the neat ways to follow MSPixel.

London: Four Hundred Balls

So anyway, now we come to Liara, who is, um.

This scene is nice because it's delicate. I doubt Bioware would ever say so, but I think Liara is their favorite, and you can tell by the way this scene is written. Among other things. Like the fact that Liara got her own entire DLC. But anyway.

Liara's not my favorite, but I do love that she's Blue Lucca.

I seriously would have preferred a cheesy clip show. They could have done a Final Fantasy vocal track over it and everything, it would have ruled.

Amiibo March Madness Week 1!

Happy Sunday! Guess what you're getting!

Last year, I tried Amiibo Madness, but it was a giant pain in the ass because I had to do it all in screen shots. No mas, I said to myself, but then Nintendo added a feature to Smash that lets you upload video. It is so lazy, it's beautiful. I'm sitting here typing up this post while my WiiU does all the hard shit. Fuck, maybe I should be playing Mass Effect 3 on WiiU.

Wait a minute --

Probably I'll elaborate on this later, but it bothers me how many people watched the credits roll to Mass Effect 3 and instantly thought, "And then they all had a ton of babies!" Like, holy hell, slow down there.

It also bothers me that Garrus just wants to go grab a few baby krogans. Like, ey, maybe the krogans want to raise those kids?

There's a lot of the Garrus conversation that's iconic, and I don't want to mess with it too much.

Except for the fact that I'm an ornery piece of shit and I'm going to mess with it some.
