One of the fan requests for Mass Effect 3 was more interaction with your squadmates. Bioware kindly listened, and one of their improvements was to add a little 'hangout' scene with each squadmate. Liara gets two, but everyone else gets at least one. This one scene tends to activate before the others.
... I have no living idea how to activate the others. The last time I played Mass Effect 3, they all sprung up on me at once, so maybe they'll do that again?
(I've completed the trilogy how many times? And also I run a serious Mass Effect art blog? I've never read one word of the codex. Codex is for nerds.)
You can tell Liara a couple of things, I always pick the paragon option, which is:
Shepard was supposed to go to the Citadel, right? The salarian councilor wanted her to check some stuff out. Let's go see what's up there.
